Houston Cuisine | Traveler's Table
We caught the last week of Houston Restaurant Week to dine at Traveler's Table, which has a 4.5-star rating on Google. We thought every dish we ordered was delicious! We literally cleaned our plates with every dish. This restaurant specializes in a fusion of world cuisines, and the menu even notes which dishes belong to which countries or regional flavors. However, since it was still during HRW, we ordered from the restaurant week menu. 🍹We ordered the $28 set of three Margaritas, one with watermelon flavor, one with lime and orange juice, and one with pineapple and chili. We particularly recommend the pineapple and chili flavor, as it has a pleasant name, Happy Wife, Happy Life, haha! 🦪🍣For appetizers, we had fried oysters with mayonnaise and salmon tartare. The oysters were perfectly fried, and the salmon tartare was also very delicious. 🐟🥩For the main course, we ordered Snapper and beef skewers. The Snapper was breaded and deep-fried, which tasted good, but the highlight of this dish was the side of fried mashed potatoes, which was truly amazing. #Houston #HoustonFood #HoustonLife #RestaurantWeekGuide #HoustonRestaurantWeek #HoustonExplore #HoustonRestaurants
