Houston Kid-Friendly Fun | Hermann Park's Mini Train Rides with Unlimi
Houston Kid-Friendly Fun | Hermann Park's Mini Train Rides with Unlimited Stops! 🏟😅 This park is absolutely massive! And oh boy, are there a lot of people here! Finding a parking spot is such a nightmare! (We spent an hour hunting for one. My advice? Don't get fixated on the park's official parking. Just park along Main Street instead.) 🚀 This park boasts numerous playgrounds with different themes. We mainly hit up the Space Adventure playground, which, by the way, has a Japanese garden right next to it... So much fun! The kiddo loved it... 🎠 We also took a spin on the nearby carousel. Just scan the QR code to buy tickets—it's $5 per person. Adults accompanying don't need to buy tickets. 🚂 We hopped on the mini train! On weekends and holidays, it's 7perperson,butonweekdays,it s6 for a day pass with unlimited rides. It makes a few stops along the way. You can get off at any station or just keep riding until you're back where you started. The train ride is quite lengthy, making it a great value! If you've parked on Main Street, you can disembark there to save some walking! There's also a miniature version of a monument... and you can even go boating... We saw quite a few parties going on too... As we strolled around, it felt a bit like a park back home in China... (Maybe because of the crowds, the many small vendors, and the lively atmosphere—it's rare to see so many people in a U.S. park.) We had a meal at Little Lamb Restaurant—affordable and delicious!! Dallas, please get one too!! 😋 #Houston #Dallas #GreatPlacesForKids
