The exterior is a caramel-colored, smoky, crispy crust, while the inside is tender and pink. The aroma of fat and charcoal hits you right in the face! Paired with green chili ranch sauce, it’s savory, slightly spicy, and absolutely perfect. 2️⃣ Memphis Pulled Pork Nachos Crispy tortilla chips piled high with shredded, smoked pork, drizzled with cheese sauce and sour cream, and sprinkled with pickled jalapeños. It’s a triple threat of textures—crunchy, tender, and spicy. It’s sinful but impossible to stop eating! 3️⃣ Tennessee-Style Ribs A must for those with a sweet tooth!
