How Can Winter Be Complete Without Gopchang Story β¨π€€
Itβs become my comfort food in Boston β I only realized it was a chain when I later visited New York. Both locations are consistently delicious, especially the beef intestine hot pot. The menus vary slightly, but I highly recommend both! π΄ ο½Gopchang Story Boston Prime Rib Steak πππππ Thinly sliced, high-quality steak is seared again with a torch right at the table, releasing an incredible aroma. A little sea salt is all you need β absolutely divine. Yookhwe Bibimbap (Raw Beef Bibimbap) πππππ The raw beef is tender and not gamey at all, mixed with sesame oil and fresh veggies. So addictive you wonβt want to stop eating. Seafood Pancake ππππ Packed with whole shrimp and squid, with a low flour ratio, making it extra crispy. Griddled Kimchi Pork Belly πππππ Besides the beef intestine hot pot, you can also get the pork belly hot pot. It pairs perfectly with kimchi and comes in a generous portion β that sizzling, juicy happiness is real. (Even if you donβt like beef intestine, there are plenty of other delicious options!!) π΄ ο½Gopchang Story BBQ - Manhattan Beef Tartare πππππ Fresh and lightly sweet in flavor, very smooth. Served with Asian pear slices π, which help cut through the richness. Pork Bulbaek πππππ Grilled pork belly β the fat makes it extra fragrant and satisfying! Beef Intestine Hot Pot πππππ We ordered the combo, and the server helped grill it at the table. They even put up a transparent splash guard β so thoughtful! At the end, you can add cheese, egg, kimchi, and rice to mix together β incredibly fragrant! (The Boston location does this too.) Honestly, I order almost the same thing every time, but itβs just that good π (At the NYC location, you get a discount for paying in cash. Thereβs an ATM inside. Overall, itβs more cost-effective with a group!!) π° Around $50β60 per person #BostonKoreanFood #NYCKoreanFood #BostonFood #NYCFood
