I went to a chain seafood restaurant with friends without particularly high expectations, but one dish completely amazed me—Bourbon Butter Jalapeño Lime Mussels! As soon as it was served, I could smell the rich aroma of butter, with a subtle hint of alcohol and the freshness of lime. The mussels were plump and soaked in a slightly spicy, flavorful broth. With a gentle scoop of the spoon, the thick yet non-greasy soup was absolutely delightful. The best part was pairing it with the crispy fried bread slices🍞—dipping them into the broth and taking a bite created a perfect blend of crunch and savory flavors that made it impossible to stop eating! We also ordered the Rockfish Plate and Jumbo Shrimp Plate. The rockfish was pan-seared with a slightly crispy exterior while remaining tender and juicy inside. The large shrimp were fresh and springy, and the seasoning didn’t overpower the dish, allowing the natural sweetness of the seafood to shine through. Every bite reflected the freshness of the ingredients, and everything was expertly prepared with no fishy taste at all. The entire meal was incredibly satisfying, and the ambiance and service were both very comfortable.
