I’m totally in love with these two restaurants I tried in Long Beach
🇹🇭 First spot: Chiang Rai Thai Restaurant Their Tom Yum soup is absolutely incredible! Sour, spicy, and fragrant—it’s addictive from the first sip. Highly recommend! 🍖 Crispy Pork Belly (Moo Sahm Chan Tod Nam Pla): Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside with a touch of fat. Served with sweet and sour tamarind sauce—not greasy at all! A must-try. 🍛 Yellow Curry: So flavorful and perfect with steamed rice. We got the non-spicy version for the kids, and it was still delicious. 🥭 Som Tum Thai (Green Papaya Salad): Refreshing, low-calorie, and pairs perfectly with sticky rice and fried chicken wings. 🍨 Dessert: Mango Sticky Rice — a classic Thai must-order! Creamy coconut rice with fresh mango… you won’t be able to stop eating it! 📍 Address: 3832 E Anaheim St, Long Beach, CA 90804 🇯🇵 Second spot: Yume Japanese Restaurant Fresh ingredients and great flavors all around! Their hot stone rice bowls are a standout — so satisfying. 🍣 Mango Salmon Special: A perfect balance of sweet and savory — light and refreshing, ideal for summer. 🍲 Spicy Pork Hot Stone: The rice at the bottom turns golden and crispy like socarrat—the more you mix it, the more delicious it gets. 📍 Address: 6415 E Spring St, Long Beach, CA 90808 #LongBeachLA #LongBeachEats #LAFoodie #LongBeachFood #HiddenGems #RestaurantRecommendations #FoodDiscovery #LATravel #EatLikeALocal
