I finally got to try Michelin-recommended ramen!

I used to think that I’d have to go to Tokyo to enjoy authentic and delicious Michelin-endorsed ramen, but now I can easily savor it right here in Houston! This restaurant not only has a rich broth and fresh ingredients, but even the side dishes are full of surprises—it’s definitely worth a try! 🍜 Signature Ramen: This bowl has everything you’d expect from a perfect ramen! It truly meets all your expectations for a great bowl of ramen. If you’re unsure what to order, go for this one without hesitation! The noodles are cooked to perfection with a perfect texture. The broth is rich and mellow, but not overly salty. The ingredients are super fresh. Look at this poached egg! This perfect poached egg! The yolk is bright and tempting, and every bite is an indulgence. 🍜 Wagyu Texas BBQ Tantanmen Ramen: This bowl is just as amazing as the signature ramen, so let me focus on the flavors. It definitely lives up to the "Texas" name—it’s a meat lover’s dream! There’s super tender beef and a rich, spicy BBQ aroma that makes every bite incredibly satisfying! This bowl doesn’t come with an egg originally, but I highly recommend adding one—it really takes it to the next level! 🍄‍🟫 Enoki Chips: This dish is the highlight of the meal! Each bite is crispy and fragrant, and it doesn’t feel greasy at all—you won’t be able to stop eating them! They can be enjoyed on their own or sprinkled into the ramen to instantly upgrade the texture. 🍗 Kurozu Karaage Fried Chicken (Original): Fried chicken never goes wrong! The chicken is tender and flavorful. I ordered the original flavor instead of the spicy one because I was worried my sister wouldn’t be able to handle it, but I think the spicy version would probably be even better. 🦪 Hotate with Caviar: The scallops are super fresh! They’re tender, sweet, and melt in your mouth. However, the caviar is mainly for decoration and doesn’t add much to the flavor. As a popular restaurant in Houston, the line is quite long, but it’s still more manageable compared to some places in Irvine. When I arrived at 3:30 PM, there were already people in line (the restaurant opens at 4:00 PM), so I quickly joined the queue! We finally got to eat at 5:00 PM. If you think the dinner crowd is too large, you can try coming for lunch! They’re now open for lunch as well. 📍 Mensho 9889 Bellaire Blvd Ste C-308 Houston, TX 77036 #RestaurantRecommendation #Foodie #Ramen #JapaneseCuisine #Houston #HoustonFood #HoustonDining #HoustonJapanese #HoustonRamen #FoodExploration #FoodieDiary #FoodShare
