I really regret visiting Leavenworth, a small town near Seattle… 🥲

After just a two-hour drive from Seattle, I arrived in the charming Bavarian-style village of Leavenworth—and wow, it was love at first sight! A friend from Seattle recommended it, and it did not disappoint. It truly feels like a cozy German alpine village, super laid-back and welcoming. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly! 🏔️❤️ The town is packed with cute restaurants and bars—no worries about going hungry. Prices are similar to Seattle, so pretty reasonable. Don’t miss the pretzels at Khein Haus! 🥨🍻 A bit pricey, but totally worth it—enjoying a warm, soft pretzel with beer by the fireplace on a chilly day was just perfect. The drive from Seattle alone is gorgeous—it’s like passing through a winter wonderland with snowy views all around! ❄️🚗 I only spent about three hours there, but if you have the chance, definitely book a night. Between December and January, you can even catch the magical Christmas lighting ceremonies! 🎄✨ City folks—if you need a break from the hustle, come slow down and soak in the chill, cozy vibes.
