I visited the Seto Inland Sea... (1)π
Shikoku, the smallest and least populated of Japan's four main islands, is definitely a place worth visiting! π It is home to a cluster of islands filled with artistic charm, known as the Seto Inland Sea, a place where nature and art come together, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. πΏ Must-Visit Spots: ππΈ βͺοΈ Shodoshima: The second-largest island in the Seto Inland Sea (after Awajishima), it is hailed as "the gem of the world." Every corner is a scenic spot, and it is famous as the birthplace of Japanese olive cultivation. πΏ βͺοΈ Naoshima: An island brimming with artistic atmosphere. ππΈ You can visit works by Tadao Ando and Yayoi Kusama, as well as the underground museum designed by Tadao Ando. π¨ βͺοΈ Teshima: A perfect island for aimless wandering. It features many modern art structures (like the Teshima Art Museum) where you can feel the heartbeat of the sea. π βͺοΈ Himeji Castle: A symbolic landmark of Himeji City and one of Japan's three great castles (along with Osaka Castle and Kumamoto Castle). ππΈ Due to its white exterior, it is also known as the White Heron Castle. π° #Japan #SetoInlandSea #ArtAndNature π
