Imizu Japanese Restaurant near Frankfurt Central Station

Today’s business lunch brought us to Imigin, a newly opened Japanese spot near the Hauptbahnhof. The restaurant offers simple set menus for lunch, but since I was hosting an important client, we went for the premium duo course recommended by the owner. Priced at €90 for two, it was absolutely fantastic 🎌✨—due to my guest’s allergy, we swapped the octopus salad for a mango shrimp salad, which turned out to be a refreshing twist. As a mango lover, I was especially thrilled! 🥭🍤 The ingredients were fresh, the ambiance was stylish 👌🍣, and it’s definitely a place worth recommending. We also added two extra mango desserts (not included in the set). They were packed with mango flavor, though I personally would have preferred a slightly less sweet aftertaste.
