Incredibly Worth-It Sushi 🍣 Buffet in Albany
Wasabi 🐟 The freshness is excellent. The portions are small, so you won’t get tired of any dish too quickly. The food comes out fast, and even the sashimi is thoughtfully plated every time. Mango Salmon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet mango wrapped in fresh salmon—the richness of the fish is balanced by the tangy sweetness of the mango, making it incredibly easy to enjoy. The sauce is perfection. Teppanyaki Series ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chicken, beef, and shrimp are served skewered, making them convenient to eat. The teppanyaki squid is absolutely exceptional—so tender, as if cooked for not a second too long. Seafood Soup Perfect for sipping after enjoying several appetizers. It’s filled with crab sticks, shrimp pieces, and scallop bits. For a buffet priced at just over $20, this is seriously generous. The appetizer selection is extensive, with a wide variety of fried options. Almost everything you’d find in a typical Japanese restaurant is here. That said, I’d skip the fried scallops and squid rings—the batter is a bit too thick. They have two locations, both in Albany. It’s best to make a reservation, as it’s always busy when I go. 📍 Addresses: 63 Putnam St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 195 Wolf Rd, Albany, NY 12205 #AlbanyEats #SushiBuffet #Wasabi #JapaneseFood #NYFood #FoodReview#foodguide#Albanyguide#Albanyfood#Albanylife
