Indian Cuisine Awarded Michelin for Two Consecutive Years! 🌟🍛

Delicious! Now I understand why it earned a Michelin star—it perfectly suits non-Indian palates, and the drinks are absolutely stunning! 🍸💫 Though the desserts fell a bit short (maybe because Restaurant Week didn’t feature their best offerings?). 😅 🏠 Name: Rania 📍 Address: 427 11th St NW, Washington, DC 20004 —————— Appetizers: 🍃 SHISO CHAAT – Fried shiso leaves Loved this crispy, fragrant starter! Served with bean purée—far from boring. 🍂🔥 🐚 Hokkaido Scallop – Curry scallops The yellow foam is actually corn curry—feels like a Western dish in disguise! 😄🌽 Main Courses: 🦆 Duck Leg Vindaloo – Curry duck leg The duck was tender and not greasy at all! The curry tasted like a spiced braising sauce—yum! 🦆🍛 🐟 Grilled Monkfish The fish was also tender and had no unpleasant smell—perfectly cooked! 🐠🔥 Special mention: The garlic naan was incredible! Perfect with dips, rice, or sauces! 🧄🍚 Desserts: 🥭 Kesari Mango – Tasted like mango yogurt, topped with delicious sesame crisps! 🍮 Mishti Doi – Not a fan! 😬 We ordered the Enigma Sip cocktail—it looked so stunning we were amazed! 🤩 But turns out the decorative accessories were just for show… they took them back after serving 😂. Their drinks are super fancy and super Instagrammable! 📸✨ #InspirationalEats #DMVFood #DMVFoodReview #DMVEats #DMVFoodie #WashingtonDCFood #DCFoodExploration #DCEats #MichelinDining #IndianCuisine #CreativeCocktails #FoodPhotography #UpscaleDining #RestaurantWeek #MustTryDC #FoodExperience
