Dip them in sweet-spicy sauce and sesame oil โ€” chewy, bouncy, and zero fishy taste! Super fresh and refreshing โ€” way better than I expected! But be careful โ€” donโ€™t let the suckers stick to your tongue! ๐Ÿ‘…๐Ÿ’ฅ ๐ŸŒŸ Beef Intestine Hot Pot: We got the small size (with beef large intestine and tripe). Pre-grilled till golden, then cooked again with fresh chives and garlic ๐Ÿง„. The intestine is crispy outside and bursts with rich beef oil when you bite in โ€” so flavorful!
