Jade Garden|Seattle Cantonese Dim Sum Restaurant 🥢

Just finished a meal here an hour ago—and I couldn’t wait to share! This place is truly worth it. 🥟 All dim sum is made fresh to order, and you can taste the quality: Har gow (shrimp dumplings) are plump and packed with shrimp; siu mai have thin wrappers and juicy fillings. Taro puffs and salty fried dumplings are also available—everything is made daily, never reheated. Highly recommended! 🍲 Portions are huge—three of us ate half and took half home: 🥦 Beef with Chinese broccoli—tender beef, crisp greens, piled high on the plate; 🍗 Signature salted chicken—served with ginger scallion sauce, savory and fragrant, absolutely lives up to its reputation; 🥩 Dry-fried beef ho fun—was a bit bland at first, but the staff kindly took it back to wok-toss it with extra seasoning. Came back sizzling and full of wok hei! 📍 Conveniently located in Chinatown with street parking (paid 8am-8pm, about $3 for 2 hours—very reasonable). From the food to the service, everything was on point. The staff were warm and attentive, giving off that classic, welcoming teahouse vibe. Highly recommend to anyone craving authentic Cantonese flavors—hope this place stays thriving! 🔥 #UniqueTeahouse #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleEats #HKStyleCafe #ChineseFood #TeahouseHeaven #SeattleDaily #OldSchool #CantoneseCuisine
