This is hands down the best dim sum Chinese/Cantonese place I have ever eaten. The food blew my mind. No dim sum restaurant that I’ve eaten at locally or my entire life even comes close to the flavors this place had. I ate a lot of things I’ve never had before and some that I have. The shrimp wonton soup and honey walnut prawns was just leagues better than any other I’ve had. The dim sum dishes we ordered was all absolutely fantastic. The ordering is super easy, just snap the QR code on the table and place your order. They also bring around some of the dishes on the menu for you to add to your order but it’s fresh from the kitchen. The tea was also really good. We had a custard thing for dessert that wasn’t loaded with sugar. I really don’t care for the standard super sweet desserts, which I am sure they might have some of, but this custard thing was awesome. I really felt like the flavors of the natural ingredients were the star of every dish.

The overall atmosphere is meh. Pretty standard open table areas but that isn’t something I personally care about. You could sit me at a table for 1 by a bathroom and I’d be cool with it. Some things in life are just not worth being bothered by.

The prices were very reasonable imo. There was 4 of us and the total was $84 before tip. The portions are reasonable and if you want more you just order another dish without worrying about wasting. It’s also family style, which I love. The shrimp wonton soup was like $13 and was enough to share with 4 people. I’ve had soups for one person that was 1/4 the size for the same price. Idk how they season the shrimp dumpling in the wonton but it had a grilled shrimp like flavor that really surprised me and it just worked so good with the broth.

The biggest down side is Seattle parking. 2 hour maximum all around with no option to extend it. I wanted to get coffee nearby after with my friends and we couldn’t find parking anywhere and I couldn’t re-park in the same pay to park numbered area even if I moved my vehicle. I also saw parking enforcement while I was there so Seattle is monitoring it.

This is now one of my top 5 places to go and I can’t wait to share this place with friends and family. I hope you give it a try and enjoy it as much as I did. I’ve definitely never eaten good authentic Cantonese food...

The two stars are because the dim sum here is really good.... The service the last two times I went, after coming here for years, is making me debate ever coming here again. My advice, go in the morning when they are still using the carts. We came in the late afternoon, they were somewhat busy but we were sat and waited 10 minutes without getting tea, water, or menus. We tried flagging down the staff but they really appeared to be making an effort to not even look our direction. Like, they were headed in our general direction and the moment I tried to make eye contact or raise my hand they would clearly see me but then act like something else caught their eye. I had to go to the front to ask the girl who sat us, who was getting dressed for a delivery, for menus. I mostly knew what we were going to order I just needed the menu to be able to point and remember the names of everything. After 20 minutes I finally got someone to take our order but he was impatient and rude about it. 5 minutes later they brought by the tea, almost half an hour with nothing to even drink. My friend wanted water as well so the whole charade for service started again and it took directly asking two people for water before they bothered to bring any. The food came out staggered, it's dim sum so that's expected. We finished our last dish and it took 15 minutes to flag someone down for the bill again. I even suggested that we just leave and if they wanted us to pay they would let us know. My friends shut down this idea and we finally got someone to get us our bill but it was another 5 minutes. I'm not one of those jerks that has never worked a day in a restaurant, I have 7 years under my belt in all positions. There were 12 tables, max, between 3 servers and two visible support staff not counting the woman at the front desk. It is not unreasonable to expect basic decent service when each server only has 4-6 tables. It isn't even like we all came at the same time. There were 3 tables sat in the first 20 minutes we were waiting for our menus and or orders to be taken and they were included in the 12 tables I estimated. There isn't an excuse. I'm definitely never coming here after noon ever again and if this is a trend I may stop...

We regularly eat at this dimsum. House at least once a month. After the COVID pandemic started this is the 1st visit for dimsum. This time I brought my Thai friend. I was excited that she is going. I made reservations for 4 at 12nn. We got there at 11:50am and still have to wait for 30 minutes. The place is packed and there was no table reserved for us. After 30 minutes we were called in and shoved us to the second level all the way to the back to the storage area. The table was undone there's one plate with teacup one napkin and one chopsticks in one plate we just a napkin. There was no server there was no dim sum card that we expected so I stand up and grab our plates from the lady that I saw. Then I was told to write down what you want to order. They said they were short staffed. The dirty tables are not bussed. So then we put our order in world what we want and delay they took it and then she brought us the food. After we eat we ask to order to go items. All the prices went up and it's almost double before covid. The server brought our to-go items plastic bags tied in a knot. So we didn't look at it since we are rushing because our parking is about to expire. Paid our table and our to-go items and we went on. When you get home checking our to go items we are missing a lot of stuff that we paid for. We understand being short staff it's not fun for the workers but they still have to deliver service because we paid for it. So we are so disappointed with all our dim sum to go that we took home that is not complete at all. And this is a signal not to go back to this restaurant again. Sad but service just went down the drain and shortchanging us for all the things we paid for. They still have the same good food but what happened was an indication of bad service dishonest service when we give big...
