🌸 Japan 6-Day 5-Night Trip for 1w Budget 🔎 Guide

If you're dreaming of traveling to Japan, give this guide a ⭐️! Hope it helps! ✈️ Flights: I booked round trip from Shanghai to Tokyo with Peach Airlines, a red-eye flight in mid-July. Booked 2 months in advance for about 2100rmb, which is quite a deal compared to the peak summer season. 🏨 Hotels: We stayed in Akihabara (refer to pic 9), at a place called Allcomein. 6 days and 5 nights cost 1300rmb per person. I think it's a good value, 10 min walk from the subway station 🚶, close to Akihabara shopping street, and it's a twin room! The room was a bit small at 13 sqm, so book 2 months in advance during the peak season. 🚴 Transportation: Buy a tourist version of the Suica card at the self-service machine at T3 terminal upon landing, and buy a Tokyo JR Pass at the self-service machine in Akihabara station. It's better to buy a Tokyo JR one-day pass for 760🇯🇵, which covers popular sightseeing areas in Tokyo with minimal transfers. The Toei Metro pass is 900🇯🇵/day, and transfers can be a bit troublesome. If you buy passes in advance on an app, you have to exchange them at a paper ticket machine or counter, which can be hard to find and waste time and energy. Taxis are expensive, about 90rmb for a 10-minute ride. Not recommended 🙅! For Fuji Mountain and Izu, it's best to share a private car/rideshare, about 480rmb including hotel pick-up and drop-off. It's really far, and public transport takes a long time and isn't cheap. 🍽️ Food: We spent quite a bit on food, trying wagyu, seafood, tonkatsu, and izakayas. Averaged 400rmb per day, but you could get by with less than 200rmb if you're thrifty. 🗓️ Itinerary: D1: Senso-ji Temple - Tokyo Skytree - Akihabara - Imperial Palace - Ginza D2: Izu Ōshima, Enoshima Coast D3: Shimbashi - Odaiba - Tokyo Tower - National Art Center - Sugamo - Shibuya Sky - Shinjuku Kabukicho D4: Kamakura D5: Mount Fuji 🗻 D6: Ginza - Harajuku - Ikebukuro - Akihabara (shopping) 🌸 This Japan trip for 6 days cost a little over 1w, a bit pricey but really enjoyable. If you're thrifty, 7k-8k is enough. Adjust according to your situation, and I can help you plan your itinerary too! #JapanTravel #JapanTourism #JapanTravelGuide #Tokyo #Chiikawa #Kamakura #MtFuji #Izu #JapanHotels #JapanFreeTrip
