Jasmine Asian Bistro in Louisville – A Must-Try! 🥢✨
If you’re looking for delicious Chinese food in Louisville, Kentucky, let me introduce you to Jasmine Asian Bistro — a true hidden gem that won my heart (and stomach!) 😍. 📍 Address: 2420 Lime Kiln Ln, Louisville, KY 40222 I’ve also tried Jasmine Szechuan Chinese Cuisine and Tsubaki Sushi Bar (13825 English Villa Dr, Louisville, KY 40245), but personally, I prefer Jasmine Asian Bistro — especially if you enjoy milder, balanced flavors typical of Southern Chinese cuisine 🍲. As someone from southern China, I found the dishes here much more suited to my taste. The other spot was a bit too salty and spicy for me 🌶️🧂 — maybe it’s more tailored to northern preferences? Here’s what made me love Jasmine Asian Bistro: 🔥 Twice-Cooked Pork This dish is an absolute standout! Tender, savory pork stir-fried with leeks and peppers in a rich, slightly spicy sauce. It’s incredibly flavorful without being overpowering — and it pairs perfectly with steamed rice 🍚. I couldn’t stop going back for more — truly a rice thief! 😂 🍜 Other Dishes I Enjoyed: General Tso’s Chicken: Crispy, sweet and tangy — a classic done right 🍗. Beef with Broccoli: Tender beef and fresh broccoli in a light garlic sauce 🥦. Hot and Sour Soup: Warm, comforting, and just the right level of sour 🌶️🍲. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy — perfect for a casual meal with friends or family 💫. So if you’re in Louisville and craving Chinese food that’s flavorful but not overly intense, give Jasmine Asian Bistro a try! And don’t forget to order the twice-cooked pork — you can thank me later 😉. Have you been here? What’s your favorite dish?
