š Jeju Shopping | A Lifesaver for Outdoor Girlsš
When a āJ-typeā (organized) wanderer comes to Jeju, the only headache is that Google Map doesnāt work well. For route planning, I relied on two things: Kakao Map and a directionally challenged personās intuition⦠But overall, the shopping route was super reasonable and organizedāno backtracking at all, and I didnāt miss a single store I wanted to visit (letās just say Jeju is really smallā¦).š« ā«ļø General Shopping Tipsš¦ If youāre short on time, choose either Cheomseongdae Street or Bokjeong-roand either Lotte Duty-Free or Shilla Duty-Free. Personally, I recommend Cheomseongdae Street and Lotte Duty-Freeāthey have a fuller range of brands, friendlier service, and a more comfortable shopping space. ā«ļø Cheomseongdae Street (Walking Route Map to Be Added Later)š š Kolon Sport: A local outdoor brand with stylish, Korean-inspired designs. Set your map to this store to start your shopping spree! š Snow Peak: A Japanese outdoor brand, but it has a clothing line in South Korea. The clothes, hats, menās and womenās styles are all amazing, and the prices are great (plus tax refund available!). I tried to be restrained and bought 4 itemsānow I regret not buying more T.T š Wonder Place: An amazing multi-brand building! It houses MLB, Oakley, Champion, Ralph Lauren teddy bear alternatives, and many other brandsāone stop for multiple picks. š Marithe Francios Girbaud: A French brand I personally love. The designs are simple, the fits are good, and the prices are affordable. The sales lady speaks Chinese and has super friendly service! š Kodak: A cute Kodak souvenir shop with nice bags. Thereās also a photo-worthy wall next to itādonāt miss the photo op! š Lacoste: Right next to the Kodak storeāeasy to find. š Triple: A multi-brand store with some local labels and discount eventsāgreat for hunting deals. š Carhartt: Mostly menās clothing with a limited range of styles. š ABC Market: A must-visit for shoes! It also sells Crocs at good prices. š S Market: A convenient spot for quick buys or snacks. š Adidas, Nike, New Balance: So many optionsāyou could spend hours here and still not see everything! ā«ļø Duty-Free Shopping Tipsš Buy rebate coupons in advance: You can usually get a 5%-20% rebateādonāt miss this money-saver! Gentle Monster: Available at both Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free (on the 1st floor). Prices are much cheaper than in China (around 30% off). Aesop: Located on the 2nd floor. Always use the rebateāafter calculation, itās equivalent to 40%-50% off domestic prices. Lotteās staff has friendly service, while Shillaās service is a letdown. Snow Peak: On the 3rd floor of Lotte Duty-Free. The staffās attitude is extremely bad, but if you stay calm and treat them as āservice toolsā (no extra expectations), it wonāt bother you. Prices are slightly cheaper than Snow Peakās brand store on Cheomseongdae Street, and thereās a ā2 items for 15% offā deal. Even without rebates: Remember to get discount coupons at the 1st-floor service deskāmost brands offer 10%-20% off. Show the coupons along with your passport when checking out!š #JejuShopping #JejuTravel #KoreaShoppingShare #JejuShoppingGuide #SeoulShoppingShare #JejuTrip #KRWExchangeRate #SnowPeak #KoreanStreetBrands #Aesop
