Jidaiya Ramen – Definitely Worth a Try! 🍜

The broth of the Kai-shio Ramen is incredibly rich with seafood flavor—it tastes like concentrated roasted scallop essence! 🍥 The bowl is piled high with scallops, almost like a little mountain that never seems to end 🏔️. Unfortunately, the clam meat is quite chewy—it’ll give your jaw a workout 💪. The noodles are on the thicker side, with a firm and satisfying texture. Tsukimi Yatai is perfect for those who, like me, enjoy trying new flavors! It features a soy-based broth loaded with green onions and a soft-boiled egg 🥚. The taste is simple yet bold—like enjoying a bowl of beef brisket noodles on a red plastic stool in Guangzhou 🪑. Under the egg, you’ll find slippery grated yam—mix it in halfway to change up the flavor! I will say, by the end, the yam taste did slightly overpower the noodles and broth. The karaage (fried chicken) is also delicious—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and not greasy even when it cools down! 🍗 Overall, if you’re passing through Gardena or Torrance, this spot is worth a visit! 👍 🌟 Jidaiya Ramen Dining 18537 S Western Ave, Gardena, CA 90248 #Ramen #JapaneseRamen #LAFood #LosAngeles #RamenLover #GardenaEats #TorranceEats #ComfortFood #NoodleBowls #SeafoodRamen #FoodReview #SoCalEats
