Food was good at first but the waitresses seemed upset if I didn't have extra money to tip her. Couple times I've been there she always seems to chase me out the door asking for a tip.not that the food was bad at all I just don't have a buck extra for tip. And today was the last day I go visit because for each time I took a bite off of my gyoza, the waiter was laughing each time and made me feel they probably spat my food....not sure... and while dining the cooks and the waiters and waitress seem to mumble behind the register "we don't like you hahaha". They were good food at first but today the broth was salty, not much flavor like other times, and the supervisor didn't understand that I couldn't tip most of the time as I believe the tip is buying their food...making that drive to the ramen spot. But felt very uncomfortable. They follow a policy where you MUST tip and if you don't then the food was not great in their minds........this used to be the spot to come eat ramen, but after I kept getting chased out of the restaurant made me not visit much due to the harassment of not tipping (sometimes I tip and sometimes I don't). The supervisors said that if we're not going to tip they have the right to refuse service and that just made me sad that how can they force their customers to tip if they don't have it? In the end they make me feel like a bad person not to leave a tip when I don't even have it for myself x( so they officially banned us from eating their ramen due to no tip....sad sad sad... and the cooks...after leaving the cooks screamed out as if they knew the whole problem with us, so of course I have that feeling my food probably was spat since I go there whenever I have 25 bucks to waste...there's my tip...sorry I couldn't...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend were visiting LA and it was our final day in the area and i just so happen to find this ramen spot with a fair amount of ratings and reviews. I seen a review that really captivated me and i knew we had to give this place a try. I felt very invited and secure by the safe and respectful customer service and it was a very overall comfy environment. i got the spicy miso and i’m not even a person of spice but it just looked so mouth watering and full of flavor and let me tell you it was. they even asked me if i wanted to tone down the spice and i said yes and it was an enjoyable and edible amount of spice as if it was just right. i ordered a side of extra noodles because i knew i was going to want more and more and when i say i ate and finished everything down to the broth i truly did. this place has fair and affordable prices which is greatly suitable for majority of everyone and for the sizes of their food its shocking in the best of ways. i highly recommend coming here if you really want a 100% satisfactory meal. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be back for...
