Joshua Tree | Desert 🏜️ Giant Rocks 🪨 Cacti 🌵
🌟Among many national parks, it might be one of the least known, but it’s still worth a visit! On the way to the park, stop by the ‘Transmission’ Sculpture by Daniel Popper for a desert sculpture selfie – you can park on the side of the road and walk over. 🌟The Barker Dam trail is over 1 mile, but at the end, the dam doesn’t have any water. However, you can see traces of water on the rocks! The scenery along the way is nice and worth the walk. 🌟Cap Rock has a small loop you can walk. Keys View offers a panoramic view of the entire valley, but both times I went, I couldn’t find parking because it was too crowded. 🌟Skull Rock is a must-stop for a photo op. Arch Rock Nature Trail and Heart Rock are both about 2 miles for a quick walk and photo op. 🌟The Cholla Cactus Garden is a must-visit for a quick stop. I didn’t get to visit the Hall of Horrors Area and Hidden Valley Nature Trail Trailhead. If I ever go back, I’ll definitely check them out. #Joshuatree #JoshuaTreeNationalPark #LosAngelesWeekend #AroundLosAngeles
