Kayaking in Lake Tahoe π£βοΈπ
Paddling across the jelly-like waters of Lake Tahoe in summer is pure bliss~ This was my first time kayaking, and it was so much fun! π£ Kayaking Booked a Clear Kayak tour via FareHarbor β departed from Sand Harbor and paddled to the iconic Bonsai Rock π³πͺ¨. The tour took about 2 hours. Includes shuttle service to Sand Harbor (no stress about parking! ππ¨) Choose a morning slot for calmer waters! πΆ Rainbow Trail An easy afternoon hike through pine forests leading to a sparkling lakeside beach π²ποΈ. The eucalyptus trees shimmered like glitter in the wind β¨! Saw lots of campers and swimmers β super relaxing~ π Lakeside Sunset Drive Drove along the northwest shore to Inspiration Point and Emerald Bay State Park for panoramic lake views ποΈ. Caught the sunset glowing on the eastern cliffs π β then headed to Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach for western twilight skies.
