KC Night | Food & Friendship 🍽️💫

I just enjoyed the most wonderful dinner with an old college friend in Kansas City—and while I completely forgot to take a photo of us together (we were too busy eating and chatting! 😅), the memory and the meals were absolutely unforgettable. We met at Muni’s in the River Market, a cozy spot that serves incredible Thai-Mexican fusion—yes, you read that right! 🌮🍛 We started by sharing their delicious empanadas, and then I ordered the Thai-style tacos. They were bursting with flavor—spicy, fresh, and totally unique. After that, we took a leisurely walk along the river to digest and ended up at Betty Rae’s for some creamy, dreamy ice cream. 🍦✨ We skipped the famous Disco Burger this time, but I did snap a cool photo along the way—I love how the composition turned out, with the city lights and the quiet streets. What made the night special wasn’t just the food—it was the laughter, the stories, and the warmth of reconnecting with a dear friend.
