My experience at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, the valet greeted me with a warm smile and kindly helped with my luggage π§³π. At check-in, I was welcomed by the energetic and lovely Mr. Pickett π. When I mentioned it was my birthday, he surprised me with a complimentary breakfast voucher and even upgraded my room! π₯³π The hotel itself is stunning β beautifully designed, and every staff member was genuinely warm and hospitable. I also dined at Bettyβs, the restaurant attached to the hotel, and the customer service there was top-notch too! π½οΈπ From the thoughtful gestures to the luxurious comfort, Kimpton Sylvan made my birthday truly unforgettable.
