Korean Food Adventure in North Carolina, Charlotte

🌟 Generous Portions 🌟 Located in Mint Hill, it’s a bit out of the way but close to Matthews. The restaurant is small but quite popular! If you’re into large portions and home-style Korean cuisine, this place is a great option. Personally, I find it hard for Korean food to be bad since most places offer similar dishes. Besides the classic Korean dishes like Jajangmyeon, Seafood Noodles, Stone Pot Bibimbap, Korean BBQ, and various soups, this restaurant also has a two-page Chef Special Menu with larger portions, perfect for gatherings with friends or family dinners. However, I find the prices a bit steep. Dish Reviews 💡 Double Cooked Pork Ribs 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️: A favorite wherever I go, these pork ribs are delicious. Green Pepper Pork 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️: Pork stir-fried with green peppers, tastes similar to Bulgogi. Seafood Pancake: A bit too much green onion, and the pancake is slightly loose. Also, 18🌶️ is a bit expensive. Seafood Noodles 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️: A large bowl with rich broth and plenty of ingredients, too much for one person. The seafood is frozen (of course, seafood in most Korean restaurants isn’t fresh). I still want to try the Stone Pot Bibimbap and the soups, but my stomach can’t handle more. 😭 🔍 Has anyone been to another Korean restaurant in Charlotte called Bibim? Planning to try it next time! If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know. #FoodExploration #KoreanCuisine #Charlotte #RestaurantHopping #NorthCarolina #NorthCarolinaCharlotte #NorthCarolinaFood #NorthCarolinaKoreanFood #CharlotteFood
