Kyoto Arashiyama | Kimono Forest

Kimono | Japan | Arashiyama Electric Railway 🚂 🎢🌟 Kyoto’s Arashiyama is home to several amazing destinations, such as the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Togetsukyo Bridge, Tenryu-ji Temple, and Nonoji Shrine ⛩️. 🌿 Inside the Arashiyama Station of the Randen Arashiyama Line on Arashiyama Street, there is a unique path called the “Kimono Forest.” 🌿 This attraction features cylindrical artworks made from Kyoto Yuzen fabric, which is dyed using traditional Kyoto dyeing techniques. 🎢🌟 These fabric columns create an atmosphere akin to a forest of kimonos. 🌿 There are about 600 Kyoto Yuzen fabric columns here. 🎢🌟 At dusk, they are illuminated, and riding the Randen through the Kimono Forest makes the evening in Kyoto even more beautiful. 🌇 #Kyoto 🌿
