The southern part, near Gojo Children's Park, is less crowded ðĪ and allows you to get down to the riverbank, making it perfect for photos ð·. The northern part is busier ðĨ, and photos are best taken from the bridge, though it can be a bit challenging to get good shots. Kamo River ð Kiyamachi-dori is directly connected to Shijo Bridge. The Kamo River isn't a tourist attraction per se, but it offers a glimpse into Kyoto's relaxed lifestyle. Along the riverbanks, you can see people cycling ðīââïļ and strolling ðķââïļ, watch the sunset ð, and see the lights gradually turn on along the riverbanks ð.
