Great, free to enter park located next to the Kyoto Botanical Garden. Restrooms are a bit of a walk to get to but the park has trash cans, benches, and plenty of open green space for families, groups, and individuals to sit down, relax, have a picnic, or play with a ball. Very nice on sunny days as well since there is a lot of shaded areas under trees along the roadside. The negative is the noise from the nearby roads, the danger to children therein, and the distance required to walk to nearby convenience stores...
