Kyoto Autumn Foliage Season🌊🎢

Falling in Love with Three Charming Streets Near Kiyomizu-dera 🍁✨ 🌿When traveling to Kyoto, Japan, one place you absolutely can’t miss is Kiyomizu-dera Temple. While I went for the temple, I unexpectedly fell in love with three enchanting streets: Ninenzaka, Sannenzaka, and Hanami-koji. 🌸 These streets are quintessentially Japanese and brimming with charm. Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka: Located closest to Kiyomizu-dera, these streets are part of the route connecting Gion, Yasaka Shrine, and the temple. 🌇 If you ask for directions, most people will tell you that Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka are right outside Kiyomizu-dera. 🌿Ninenzaka, in particular, links the temple to Kodaiji Temple, making it easy to find. Hanami-koji: Not far from Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, this street is flatter but equally steeped in traditional Japanese atmosphere. 🌇 Here, wearing a kimono feels especially fitting. The women in kimonos you pass by might not all be Japanese—many are fellow travelers! 🌿 #Japan #JapanTravel #Kyoto 🌊🎢
