Kyoto | Strolling Along the Ribbon of Glass, Stepping into Japan's Oldest Public Art Museum 🌿 🌸🍃 Kyoto is a city with many beloved spots, and one of my favorites is the Okazaki area. 🌿 There, you’ll find the "Eikando" temple, which was my favorite temple on this trip. 🌸🍃 There’s also the tranquil and pleasant Okazaki Park (where I happily indulged in the bustling snack market on the first day of the New Year), and Japan’s oldest public art museum—the Kyoto Municipal KYOCERA Museum of Art (KYOCERA Museum). 🎨 🏯 This art museum, established in 1933 and originally named the Kyoto City Museum of Art, underwent a renovation in 2020 that beautifully blended the old and the new to meet contemporary needs. 🌸🍃 #Kyoto 🌺
