L.A. Comic Con Returns September 26–28 With Marvel Stars, Anime Activations, & Horror Movie Icons

Comic Con , the city’s largest event for comics, gaming, sci-fi, anime, and pop culture, is set to return to Los Angeles this September ! This year’s pop culture experience will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Downtown L.A. on September 26 through September 28. Marvel Cinematic Universe stars Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are scheduled to make appearances alongside cast members from *Daredevil, Doctor Who*, and *Phineas and Ferb.* The cast of horror franchise *Scream* will also be in attendance! Matthew Lillard, Skeet Ulrich, and Jamie Kennedy are scheduled for a panel in preparation for a spooky, 35,000 sq ft CarnEvil of Souls maze and horror experience. Akiba Station , a new immersive experience from Otaku Collectives, is set to offer fans interactive exhibits, exclusive merchandise, panels at the Gaming and Anime Stage, the Japanese Arcade Terminal, and more. The 40,000-square-foot destination will include Torii gate entrances, a cherry blossom walkway, a food court and vendor stalls, and cosplay. Popular Japanese creators and voice talent will also be at the show. There are also Gaming panels, including one with the cast of beloved anime *One Piece*. This year’s Comic Con will also feature the 12th Annual Cosplay National Championships . “L.A.
