Broth is savory — I get the bone broth version — slurping it up warms the soul 😋 Beef slices are tender, tripe and fried tofu skin soak up the soup perfectly. I added quail eggs, fried tofu skin, and a fried egg 🍳 — so fragrant! You pour the noodles into the clay pot yourself — finishing the soup and noodles is so satisfying. 🍜 Yunnan Meat Sauce Dry Mix Noodles I can’t resist dry mixed noodles — dug in as soon as it arrived. Toppings piled high — peanuts super fragrant, noodles portion huge! Pickled mustard greens, chili peppers, meat sauce all mixed in — I added extra pork intestine and a braised egg. Mix it all up — flavor explosion 😭 Sooo good — I know how to pair! Their fried pork intestine is crispy and not greasy. 🐟 Golden Soup Pickled Fish with Rice — $16.99 Part of their new set series — perfect for solo meals. Each set comes with one main, rice, and a drink 👌🏻 Lunch or dinner solved. Fish slices are tender and delicious 🤤 Broth is generous — goes perfectly with rice, bite after bite. This series also has options like poached fish slices / beef and more. 🌶️ Dry Tossed Beef & Red Oil Pig Ear Shreds — $7.99 We ordered two appetizers — dry tossed beef and red oil pig ear shreds. Great to start the meal 🤤 Instant aroma as you eat. Light spiciness hits just right — crispy and addictive! Overall, still that old-school flavor — been an LA staple for over a decade. The new sets are tasty too — especially great for working people’s lunches/dinners.
