LA’s Go-To Pot Rice Noodles & New Solo Meal Sets 🍜

Who in LA hasn’t tried this classic pot-style rice noodle spot yet? 🍲 It’s perfect for solo meals or when you’re craving something warm for lunch or dinner. I’ve been coming here since I first moved to LA! Their Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles are a must—huge portions, affordable, and so many flavors to choose from! Last week in San Gabriel, I noticed they launched new solo meal sets — let’s dig in! 🆕 🍜 Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles with Fatty Beef – $13.99 Their classic crossing-the-bridge noodles are my usual order. The broth is rich and savory—I got the bone broth version and couldn’t stop sipping! 😋 The fatty beef is tender, and the tripe and fried tofu skin soak up the soup perfectly. I added quail eggs, tofu skin, and a fried egg 🍳—so fragrant! You pour the rice noodles into the hot pot yourself—after finishing the soup and noodles, I felt so satisfied. 🍜 Yunnan Meat Sauce Dry Mixed Rice Noodles I can never resist dry mixed noodles! As soon as it arrived, I started slurping. The bowl was piled high with toppings—peanuts were super fragrant, and the portion was huge! Pickled mustard greens, chili peppers, and meat sauce are all mixed in. I also added crispy pork intestine and a marinated egg. Mixed together, the flavors exploded 😭—so delicious! I really know how to build a bowl 😎 Their pork intestine is fried until crispy and not greasy at all. 🐟 Golden Sour Cabbage Fish with Rice – $16.99 This is part of their new solo meal series—perfect for one person! Each set comes with one main, rice, and a drink 🥤—great for lunch or dinner. The fish slices were tender and tasty 🤤, and there was plenty of broth. Paired with steamed rice, it was seriously addictive! This series also includes boiled fish slices, beef, and more—several options to choose from. 🌶️ Dry Tossed Beef & Red Oil Pig Ear Slices – $7.99 We ordered two small dishes: dry tossed beef and red oil pig ear slices. Perfect to kick off the meal 🤤—so fragrant from the first bite! A mild spicy kick made it even better—crispy and full of flavor! Overall, it still has that classic taste—after all, it’s been an LA staple for over a decade. The new meal sets are also delicious and super convenient for busy workers. Big portions, fast service, and great prices 💯 Coming in on a cold day for a hot pot of noodles = instant happiness 🍲❤️ 🍜 LuDingJi Noodle 🌟 Follow me for more food finds, fun spots, and weekend plans around LA! #LocalFoodFavorites #LAArea #LosAngeles #LAFood #LAWeekend #LALife #LAExplorer
