📍 Uovo Imported fresh handmade pasta all the way from Italy! 🛬✈️ We tried the Vongole — and it totally healed my trauma from the last bad vongole I had! 😂💖 The pasta used is slightly thicker with a firm, chewy texture — so satisfying! The flavor is light, savory, with a subtle hint of wine. Though I still think thin noodles would’ve been even better hehe 😉 The lasagna was a bit less al dente, super tender — almost like eating a layered pastry 🧀🍰 Cheesy, creamy, and oh-so-decadent!
