LA｜AYCE Japanese for Just $19.95 Per Person! How Dare They!!! 😱

Am I the only nine-to-fiver whose brain is just “Eat. Eat. Eat.” all day? Always thinking: breakfast → lunch → dinner. Found an AYCE sushi spot near work — Tasting menu AYCE, weekdays 12–5 PM, only $19.95!!!😁😍 Hello??? That’s insane — had to go taste for myself! Full menu is also cheap: $28.95 weekday lunch, $38.95 other times.👍😊 We went around 3 PM — right during the promo. Compared the tasting menu vs. full menu — not a huge difference. Some items are limited-quantity, but most things we wanted were there. I’ve tried many Japanese AYCE spots — some look cheap but have sneaky rules: limited dishes, restricted ordering rounds, first round X plates, second round Y plates… What kind of “all-you-can-eat” is that? You can’t out-math them 😒 But here — except for a few limited items, there are NO restrictions!!! You can order 3 rounds, as much as you want each time — ordering feels so free! (Of course, no wasting — order what you can eat.) Ingredients are fresh, quality is solid, presentation and taste are great — easily rivals many regular non-AYCE sushi places. Scallop, salmon, sweet shrimp, eel, crawfish… all delicious. At this price and quality — truly hard to find better value! They also do à la carte — dishes, BOGO deals, happy hour drinks (beer, sake, etc.). Space is big, plenty of seats, nice atmosphere.
