03/07/2025- my partner and I went to Sushi One Spot tonight for dinner date ....!!!!NOT GOING BACK!!!! HOLEY SMOKES DUDE 😭😭 we usually go to sushi martini Wich is also a AYCE spot but it was super busy so we thought we'd try this place sense it's the "competition"😂😂😂... No 😐. First off we get inside and there's like three waitresses sitting in the front so we thought oh the service is gonna be BOMB AF .... LOL, we got seated and ordered like 4 things first round (35$ per person which is nice) BUT , we got like edamame, a few hand roles and one sushi roll. We didn't get the sushi role, we got the wrong hand roles and we hadn't even gotten our drinks. So the guy takes my partners drink down Wich is Pepsi and I wanted green tea, I told this dude "green tea please ' and he said "green tea? So dr.pepper got it " AND WALKED OFF 😭😭😂 I mean I like dr.pepper but dam. We waited half and hr for our second round Wich was missing roles. AND THE TASTE ONG THAT WAS BAD . My partner and I LOVE sushi,poke ,nigiri all of that , we'd eat a slab of salmon if given the chance but the first on the roles was old, dry and not good. I watched as the chefs piled up ready sushi orders while none of the servers bothered to grab any and dish them out. There was only two servers out of like six doing there jobs and this is a big place so they were struggling pretty bad. I got my last role Wich is my FAVORITE role any other place, even staterbros sushi is better , but I got the rainbow role Wich consist of avocado and about 4 different types of raw fish cut and placed on top... GIRL WHEN I TELL YOU DONT DO IT , the salmon was hard and stiff and smelt bad, the halibut that's on it was discolored and stiff too.. I didn't know a sushi role could go into rigger mortis but I guess we learn something new every day 😭😭. I had my partner try it as sacrifice and my suspension was correct , it was crap. Not worth the money, go get you some Costco sushi or try sushi martini or even try a poké spot near you, DONT TAKE UR DATE HERE BRO SHAME ON YOU IF YOU DO , TAKE UR ENEMIES...
Read moreWe felt discrimated, falsely accused of battery in public, the manager came to us and stated next time you should not touch any of the servers, we requested review of their camera to prove them wrong. We were treated poorly, the approach is very condescending. We were there to entertain our family visiting from Maryland only to be dismayed by this rude manager and servers, very bad customer service. The manager on the desk claimed she handles customer relation complaints so I'm not expecting they would accept this feedback. Her or one of the servers would respond to this and not the owner because we asked for the owner, and they wouldn't give contact info just the name "Chris". We are trained to protect customers and give quality service not to accuse customers. Here's another review, kind of the same experience we had. I want the owner to know we were not bad people to be treated the way we were treated.

April 2021 Only putting a 1 start because a 0 star isn't an option. The "manager" Jeorgette, ruined our family experience here. We've been nothing but patient, understanding , & kind. From the time she accused my father of not paying the full amount of our bill, to always cutting our "all you can eat" short on rolls EVERY time. Never has a smile on her face (needs a new job). Never accommodating, ALWAYS rude. She cut it for us when she refused service to my sister in law & brother because my sister in law wrote an honest review regarding her TRASH customer service. Read moreI’ve been coming to this place for years since they open the doors. After tonight I’ll never come here again! I’ve noticed ever since the original owner sold the place off the new owners have been letting the place go to hell. The quality of food hasn’t been as good and the service is even worse. Tonight we arrived around 630 and were told us they couldn’t seat a party of 6 or more: my wife, myself and my four kids. We all really wanted to eat sushi so we said go ahead and break us up into two tables. We waited over 10 minutes before the server even came to our table. We’ve been here before so we knew exactly what we were ordering and put our order in immediately. After a while I saw three groups of six or more seated at tables around us after we were told that we couldn’t sit together because they couldn’t seat groups of six or more. The service seem to be going slow and I noticed that the other group that came after us we’re already eating and we haven’t received any food yet. I asked the server if there was a problem with her order and she said no they’re working on it right now. We waited another 20 minutes and still hadn’t received any food. My wife went and talk to the manager hoping that they would correct the problem. We waited and waited and noticed that the other tables that were seated after us where now receiving their second course of all you can eat. At this time we only received Only one roll of sushi. We got up to leave and told the manager that this was ridiculous and She began yelling at us, “ leave leave.” I’ve never had a worst experience at a restaurant in my life.
