LA｜Beverly Hills Old-School Instagram Ice Cream 🍦

Finally got around to trying this Beverly Hills classic – Cassetta! You order via tablet, which is convenient – more options than the printed menu. But the cone selection had me confused 😵 – sugar cone, sugar cone on top, cake cone, cake cone on top… Initially picked cake cone on top – the staff looked shocked and said, “You won’t like it!” (Later looked it up – basically the cone is upside-down with ice cream wrapped around it… lol.) Ended getting Flavor + cake cone. The sprinkle dust was tangy and sweet, but the ice cream itself was pretty average – tasted like that grainy, buffet-style soft serve. Nothing special. ‼️ And the flower on top is just decoration – took a bite and it was bitter as hell 😖 Don’t eat the flower! (Also, it costs an extra $1.) Overall – ice cream is meh, great for photos but not for flavor (skip if you care about taste).👌 Didn’t try the drinks – maybe next time.
