Medium size was plenty for two. We got large intestine, small intestine, and honeycomb tripe. Spicy version is marinated in Korean chili paste — the staff warned it’s quite spicy, which just made us more excited! 🌶️🔥 Everything is cleaned thoroughly — zero weird smell. Honeycomb tripe was a surprise — chewy, fragrant, the more you chew, the more flavor comes out. Intestines grilled till crispy outside, juicy inside — oily burst with each bite, super rich beef flavor. The spicy paste balances the greasiness — actually makes you want to eat more!
