LA|Lately My Throat Feels Off
I used to always go to Yasiknara in Ktown for Korean spicy chicken feet, but now that I’m grinding in Pomona, that’s a bit far. Recently found out there’s one in Rowland Heights — and it’s been open for over 20 years!!! Heard the spice level is legit, so this heat-seeker had to try. 🔥 Hanshin Dakbal ★★★★★ Spicy chicken feet are their signature — came here for this. Spicy, sweet, addictive — chicken feet are fall-off-the-bone tender. Paired with seaweed fried rice — absolutely perfect!!! The rice has crispy bits at the bottom — fragrant and crunchy, every bite is a win. 🍳 Tomato Sauce Gyeran-Mari ★★★★★ Huge rolled omelette — silky texture, packed with cheese, stretches when cut! Tomato sauce is slightly tangy and sweet, balancing the rich cheese. Cheese lovers & egg lovers — run, don’t walk!!! 🍗 Fried Whole Chicken ★★★★☆ We got half & half — adults don’t choose, we take both! ✨ Chili Garlic — garlicky, mildly spicy, skin super crispy, meat still juicy. ✨ Yangnyeom — classic Korean sweet-spicy, sauce is light but flavorful, skin stays crispy. 🦑 Seafood Chive Pancake ★★★★★ Loaded with seafood — every bite is satisfying. Pan-fried golden and crispy, dipped in sauce — full of scallion and savory flavors, couldn’t stop eating! Huge portions, great taste, amazing value. Located in the same plaza as Sunnongdan — plenty of parking at night. The décor gives off serious Korean pocha vibes, like the ones in Yanji — really authentic feel. 🇰🇷 Hanshin Pocha - RH 📍 18902 Gale Ave Suite B, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 #LALife #LosAngeles #LAExploration #LADining #LAEats #LATravel #LAKoreanFood
