The fried chicken was a standout: crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. 🍛 Katsu Plate You can choose pork or chicken—we went with pork. The katsu was perfectly crispy, served with traditional tonkatsu sauce, rice, salad, miso soup, and sides like apple potato salad.
