Shin Sushi – Only serves one seating per day with just 8 guests! The service was a bit slow, but the 14-course meal left me completely satisfied. The chef was super friendly and chatty 😊 The style is quite traditional, but the fish was incredibly fresh. His special miso soup had a rich fish bone flavor—so aromatic! My favorite was the final tamagoyaki (egg omelette)!
