If you’re into coffee in SoCal, you’ve probably heard of Stereoscope Coffee—they’ve got multiple locations and a solid reputation! The name “Stereoscope” comes from the concept of stereoscopic vision, symbolizing how coffee can help people see the world in a more dimensional way. They focus on both the technical side (precise extraction, temperature control) and the sensory experience (aroma, flavor layers). Their beans are top-notch, roasted in-house, sourced from Ethiopia, Colombia, Rwanda, and more—with full transparency on origin, roast date, and flavor notes. You might even want to grab a bag of their beans to see if they’re your vibe! 😉 And now… they’ve rolled out ICE CREAM! 🎉 But heads up—it’s only available at ONE location: their Buena Park spot in OC. I made the mistake of not checking carefully and went to the wrong store—so learn from me! 😅 Plus, it’s only served Friday through Sunday, and they can sell out if you go too late! The coffee flavor is absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and super satisfying! (I’ve always been a sucker for coffee ice cream, haha.)
