Every winter, I get that one irresistible craving for white truffles. Last year it was pasta at Perle โ this year, we headed to Beverly Hills for truffle-topped scrambled eggs. No surprise here โ as a long-established Italian favorite, their pastas are absolutely exceptional. ๐โจ All their breads, in every form, were delicious. The lobster salad was fresh, tender, and perfectly textured. The chicken liver pรขtรฉ had no trace of gaminess โ smooth and rich. But the star, of course, was the white truffle scrambled eggs.
