LA | Angelini Osteria | White Truffle Season

Every winter, I get a craving for white truffles. Last year, I had pasta at Perle. This year, I came to Beverly Hills for creamy scrambled eggs. 🥣 ~ This is truly a renowned Italian restaurant. The pasta is amazing. The bread in various forms is delicious. The lobster salad is refreshing and tender. The chicken liver pâté has no gamey taste at all. 🍽️ Of course, the highlight is the white truffle scrambled eggs. Watching the chef ceremoniously shave the truffles bit by bit is so soothing. Another important task of the year is done!
