I’ve been wanting to try this place ever since I saw it on Eater LA — finally made it over the holidays! Feels like a beachside resort in Tulum or Cabo, but with views of the Hollywood Sign 🎬✨ The atmosphere is unforgettable — lots of wood, stone, woven textures, and linen under warm, moody lighting. A DJ spins chill electronic tunes 🎧… and yes — it’s a Mexican restaurant! Here’s what we tried: 🍊 Ceviche – Citrus-Marinated Seafood Platter Shrimp, hamachi, striped bass, passion fruit foam, “leche de tigre,” citrus, serrano chili, cilantro, plantain chips Perfect to start — fresh, tangy, and that foam is everything! 🍯 Black Truffle Burrata Fresh black truffle, honeycomb, cilantro-garlic handmade tortillas The plating is adorable — half burrata, half honeycomb, so luxe! The tortillas were so good we ordered more (extra $5 🥲 but worth it!). 🥗 Yucatán-Style Salad Romaine, white beans, sweet corn, Jerusalem artichoke, cherry tomatoes, fresh cheese, crispy tortilla strips, spicy red onion vinaigrette Even better than expected — so many textures and flavors! Crunchy, sweet, creamy — a total winner. 🥩 Prime Black Angus Filet Mignon Herbal green sauce, avocado purée, pickled onions Perfectly cooked — tender but meaty. The sauces bring the Latin flair! 🌿 🍄 Mushroom “Carnitas” King oyster mushroom, cumin, chili, citrus Tastes like smoky, spicy, street-style “vegan carnitas” — so flavorful you’d almost think it’s meat! 🦐 Tiger Shrimp Tacos Avocado-tomatillo salsa, jalapeño, purple cabbage Crispy fried shrimp with fresh green sauce — light, tasty, and very Instagrammable 📸 🍹 Drinks: They have their own bar — great for just drinks and views! Zen & Tonic: Cactus gin, Tanqueray, hibiscus, orange blossom, lime — pretty in pink 💖 floral and lightly fruity.
