Pizza Pie Eatery — Restaurant in Glendale

Have ordered take out twice here, first time was in rush hour and when I head to pickup 30min after placing my order they said it will be 10 more minutes which was fine but turns out they haven't even started the order and it was 25 min wait not 10 minutes and they were not busy. I didn't think much of it other than weird interaction the older kitchen guy had. For second time ordered take out today , waited half hour before driving to pickup, got there asked the younger gentleman picking up and he was confused come to realization after asking 2 other crew members that they never started the order , older guy who was sitting out in dinning area this time apparently is in charge of letting team know there's an order to be prepared proceed to just almost yell at them and said to "just make it faster" ( in Armenian) there was no order being prepared overall which the young guy asked me to wait another 10 min he was very respectful but parking situation is not great and couldn't wait longer. Maybe if in "charge" people do their job they would actually had more orders overall, definitely need to up...

My wife and I are regulars at Pizza Pie. We live close by and it’s usually our go to spot when we’re craving some pizza and salad. The workers who usually help us are as friendly as ever and take good care of us if we request additional condiments (jalapeños, Parmesan cheese, ranch) but this time there was some different faces when I walked in for our order and they, were not the friendly individuals we usually talk with. As I usually do every time, I asked for a few extra ranch since I know some of our guests like it on their Salad as well as pizza. This new man helping me - was very rude and gave an explicit look of judgement to his female coworker. One that I could outright see, and feel aimed towards my request. As a regular paying customer - I don’t ever hope for this type of treatment. I’m not sure if these individuals are new or usually don’t work when I pick up but it made me want to leave and never come back. Needless to say - my respect has reduced significantly for this location and my service will be limited to none. Especially if these individuals are...

A one to get your attention.... Here on business. I read the reviews and decided to try it out. What appeared to be a chef was on the phone and another short bearded man standing with him. If looks could kill I would be dead. The short man looked at me with disgust turned and looked again..... Not no but hell no. You will not get a dime. Non verbal communication is real just in case this short man was wondering. BTW, the guy on the phone did not look up ...he may not even have known I was there. I would have loved to had a pizza from here but not when the stare of death...
