LA | Han Euem – Finally Got to Try Fresh Soy Marinated Crab! 🦀✨

So delicious!! I highly recommend it! I originally went for the AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat), but unfortunately, that event has ended. No worries though—it didn’t stop me from loving the experience! ❤️ I ordered a combo that included: • Traditional soy marinated crab 🦀 • Spicy marinated shrimp 🦐 • Spicy soy marinated crab 🌶️ • Two servings of purple rice bibimbap 🍚 I also got a side of fish roe tofu radish soup. 🥣 Soy Marinated Crab – Highly Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you can handle raw seafood, you can’t miss this! The crab was incredibly fresh and plump—every piece had rich roe! I mixed one with the purple rice, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. Just don’t eat too quickly like I did, or you might feel a bit overwhelmed! 😅 Marinated Shrimp 🦐 The shrimp were also super fresh and meaty. However, the marinade wasn’t as refreshing as the crab’s sauce—it didn’t quite hit the spot for me. If the shrimp had the same seasoning as the crab, I would’ve devoured it! Spicy Soy Marinated Crab – Loved It, But Couldn’t Handle the Heat 🌶️😵 I’ve always been a fan of Korean spicy-sweet sauces, but this was too spicy for me! Since you’re meant to suck the goodness out of the crab, each bite felt like sipping straight spicy sauce and oil. Love-hate relationship for sure! Fish Roe Soup – Not My Favorite 🐟 It’s not that the soup tasted bad—Korean soybean paste soups are usually safe and tasty. I was really excited because I love fish roe, but the roe here was cooked until it became dry and chewy, giving it a rough texture that I didn’t enjoy. By the way, I’d say $50+ per person is enough. I over-ordered and had leftovers for the next day. The server kindly reminded me to check for spoilage since the weather’s warm, but the next day, it still smelled fresh and delicious! The crab was still tender, and thankfully, no… unexpected emergencies. 😂 Overall, I’ll definitely be back again and again! The ingredients are super fresh, the staff is friendly, and although the space is cozy, it’s very comfortable. Highly recommend!!! Have you been to Han Euem?
