There’s not a single dish here that isn’t delicious. Specializing in soba and udon — served hot or cold. All noodles are handmade; even their thin udon holds the broth perfectly. Every bite leaves you speechless. First visit, I tried their summer special: Yuzu Chashu Ramen 🍋 The broth was soul-stirring — tangy, refreshing, yet savory with soy sauce depth. The chashu’s fatty part was seared crispy, so it wasn’t greasy at all.😊😍 Their tempura is also amazing — perfectly cooked, no oily aftertaste. I haven’t tried Afuri’s yuzu ramen, but my friend swears this place beats it! 👨🍳 Staff are all Japanese — feels like a genuine, hardworking spot in Torrance. Always packed with diners. I’d call this a must-visit for people with taste.
