LA | JULIET | So Good, It’s Unreal!
How does a restaurant less than a year old taste this incredible? 😍🍽️ Every single dish was outstanding—I haven’t enjoyed a meal this much in ages! Completely self-funded review here, but I’d shout it from the rooftops: JULIET is a must-try. At around $150 for two, the value is just right 💸✅ Highlights: The chicken liver tart—nutty, rich, balanced with apple jelly, and not heavy at all 🍎🥧 The oysters—fresh, bright, with zero fishiness 🦪✨ Cauliflower with a Chinese-inspired scallion aroma (our flavors really do rule 🌶️🇨🇳) “Duck cigar” spring rolls packed with savory, fragrant filling 🦆📦 The fish course—so well-seasoned even my fish-hesitant friend couldn’t stop praising it 🐟❤️ If I had to nitpick: the service was almost too enthusiastic—constantly checking in (and interrupting our conversations 😅). But honestly? I’d go back a hundred times. From bold flavors to polished execution, JULIET feels like a delicious secret that won’t stay secret for long 🤫🌟 #Foodie #NewInLA #LAEats #JulietLA #DateNight #HiddenGem #MustTry #FlavorBomb #SelfPaidReview #CantStopRaving
