LA | The Greatest Pork Chop Pineapple Bun š«”
š“ Pork Chop Pineapple Bun $10.25 I couldnāt help but keep taking photos of it; Iāve been wanting to try a pork chop pineapple bun for years. The bun itself is delicious and fluffy. The most amazing part is the pork chop, there are two pieces, super tender and flavorful! Thereās also a fried egg, and the sauce is like a mix of peanut butter and something else, itās super satisfying! Itās quite large, one person could easily buy one and be full. š“ Braised Beef Brisket with Radish in Chu Hou Sauce $18 What a substantial pot, with a rich and savory sauce. It comes with a bowl of rice; we were too full to mix it, but it would have been amazing. The beef brisket and tendon are in large chunks, very tender, and the pot is almost all meat with very little radish. The radish is a bit firm, which is a bit of a letdown, but it would be perfect if it were stewed for another ten minutes. š“ Stir-Fried Beef Ho Fun with Smooth Egg $13.75 Iāve been craving Cantonese-style smooth egg for a long time, and I finally got to try it! The eggs are tender and coated with a light sauce, paired with tender beef slices, and the rice noodles at the bottom have a strong wok hei. The portion is also huge. For two people, the average cost is $28, and you can still pack a single mealās worth of leftovers. The value is incredible. And the menu is very long; it has everything you can think of in a tea restaurant. It would be fantastic if a group of people came to eat. They have large canopy seating outside, perfect for a late-night snack atmosphere. Thereās free parking nearby. #LosAngelesFoodExploration #LosAngelesFood #PineappleBun #LosAngelesTeaRestaurant #LosAngelesCantonese #LosAngeles #LosAngelesWeekend #LosAngelesTravel
